Meditation can be an art!
We have semester training, courses and retreats with different meditation methods that lead you into deep relaxation, focused focus, and presence. You will find the methods that you think suit you.
We practice exercises with all the senses, tactile, audible and visual. Our courses also for people with various disabilities, e.g. hearing impaired, with hearing impairment or deaf, including their relatives and personal assistants.
Our goal with our courses and teasing theater is to find one or more methods you really want and can use in everyday life at home.
